We are here to walk you through the therapy process and answer any questions you may have. Below are some frequently asked questions, but please don’t hesitate to ask us for further details on specific questions you may have regarding your child.

A: Therapy services are held at the Beyond Speech Learning Center or at your child's school. Our therapist travel during the school year to local schools. We coordinate schedules with their educators to determine an appropriate time for them to receive intervention. All therapy services in the summer are held primarily at Beyond Speech Learning Center.
A: We treat infants through adolescents. We love children of all ages!
A: We do accept insurance. Your child must have a documented diagnosis in order to qualify for health insurance benefits. This documented diagnosis can be obtained through a Speech-Language evaluation, Occupational therapy evaluation, or Pyscho-educational testing. Each insurance company differs on their reimbursement rates, limitations, and policies. Contact Bryan for more information on your specific policy.
A: All services will be rendered bi-monthly or monthly, depending on your preference. We have a secure online payment system in which you will receive invoices via email. We will make every effort to work with families who express the need for a payment plan.
A: This is a great question! Once your child has had an evaluation to determine their areas of need, a treatment plan will be customized and implemented in the therapy process. Your child will have a set of objectives that they work towards and data on their progress will be documented. Usually progress reports are issued in December and May, but we are always open to discussing your child's progress with you!
A: After your child receives and evaluation, you will receive a report that includes all of their testing, scores, impressions and recommendations. This report is usually completed in 10 to 15 business days. The therapist will also meet with you to review the report and outline a plan for intervention.
A: Please contact your child's therapist 24 hours prior to canceling a session. If your child is sick and stayed home from school, please contact your child's therapist immediately. You can also contact Caroline at 501-944-5958. If your child is seen at school, please make every effort to contact us if they have a field trip, school party, or special programming.
A: Absolutely! We welcome and encourage parent involvement. The more you know about the therapy process and how to help at home, the faster your child will meet their goals.
